We use linseed, also known as flaxseed, in all of our products because of its gut soothing properties which have been prized in traditional medicine for thousands of years. Our linseed is made even more valuable by combining the ancient properties of the seed with modern cold milling technology to make the highly functional nutrients inside the seed more readily available for absorption.

When it comes to food I use top quality, nutrient dense, wholesome ingredients, so you won’t find any synthetic stabilizers preservatives or flavourings in any Helen’s products. And you don’t need to be gluten or wheat intolerant to enjoy Helen’s products though. The great taste means everyone in the family can enjoy eating them.
