Helen’s Breakfast Seeds Toppings combine the valuable properties of linseed with other highly nutritious seeds, such as sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, sesame seed and chia seed, alongside carefully freeze dried gojiberries which are rich in the natural phytochemicals necessary for health and wellbeing.

Helen’s Breakfast Protein Crunch with Raspberries

Highly nutritious mix of linseed and pumpkin seed to which we have added some extra protein. At 9g of protein per serving it is crunchy and delicious when spooned over hot or cold cereals, yogurt or fruit. Protein is an essential nutrient and contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones.
