Ingredients: wholegrain rice flour, cornflour, potato starch, flaxseed flour, xanthan gum, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate), sea salt.

Baking Instruction using Breadmaker Panasonic 2500

Ingredients: 2 packs of Helen’s Brown Bread Mix, 400ml buttermilk (or soya, almond milk or whole milk), 2 beaten large eggs, 2tbsp of vegetable oil or melted butter

Baking Instructions: In a mixing bowl, place the buttermilk. Empty the packs of Helen’s Seeded Bread Mix and add the egg and oil/butter. Manually mix until thickened. Immediately pour the batter into the bread pan. Level. Using a knife, make a deep slit (approx. ¾ of the batter height) lengthwise. Start “Bake Only” program and bake for 1.5 hours. Remove from the bread pan. Cool on a wire rack.
