Helen’s Gluten Free Chocolate Cupcake Mix

Made without wheat and gluten free. Makes 12 cupcakes.

Light, moist and really chocolatey, no one will ever guess that these cupcakes are gluten free. Just add eggs and butter and a little water and in less than 10 minutes you can have the cupcakes in the oven.

When baked and cooled, top with the buttercream recipe on the pack or simply dip in melted chocolate.

Helen’s Gluten Free Dessert Crumble Mix

Made without wheat and gluten free.

Deliciously crunchy and light, this crumble takes just 2-3 minutes to prepare. Just rub in butter and a tablespoon of water and use it to top 500g of lightly poached fruit. This will make 6-7 servings of delicious dessert crumble which will stay crunchy and light until you are ready to serve it. Serve with freshly made custard or whipped cream.
