Helen’s Gluten Free Brioche Mix
Produces the most delicious & intensely buttery feather light Brioche.
So easy to prepare; just add egg, butter & water to the mix. You can also make a wonderful Panetonne with this mix – the recipe is on the back of pack! Source of fibre.

Helen’s Country Brown Bread has a wholesome wholegrain taste made from gluten free oats & flaxseed. All the taste and texture of a traditional Irish brown loaf just without the wheat. Ready to bake in 2 minutes; just add egg & milk. A source of fibre & protein.
Cornstarch, Gluten Free Wholegrain Oats (25%), Rice Flour, Flaxseed Flour, Gluten Free Oat Bran, Raising Agents: (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Chicory Root Fibre, Sea Salt, Carob Powder, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum.
