Brown Bread Mix

serving suggestion brown breadAlternatively for a deliciously healthy easy lunch or supper, cut half a loaf of Helen’s Brown Bread or Sandwich Mix into rough chunks, toss in a little olive oil and fresh garlic and bake for around 10 minutes at 200⁰C / gas 6 then allow to cool for a few moments.

Add the chunks to a bowl of baby spinach or rocket leaves with cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, cucumber, toasted pine nuts and toss in a balsamic dressing.

Decorate the cupcakes with a swirl of whipped cream and a spoon of raspberry jam placed in the centre of the swirl.
